Virtual Enterprise Program (VE)

Virtual Enterprise Program provides unemployed and underemployed District residents the means to develop and achieve education, employment, and entrepreneurial goals. In this education and technology –based program, participants conceive a business idea, write a business plan, and perform the administrative, human resource, finance and marketing functions that support the firm in its transactions with the Virtual Enterprises International network of practice firms. Participants acquire global economic knowledge, learn business practices, use technology as applied in business and increase literacy skills.
